We are excited to announce that Finn Midgley has joined the team as a Sales Account Manager. With Finn’s education and experience, he will make a significant impact to the company, helping us improve our services.
Finn will also be joining his brother Will, who is a warehouse operative at GCL Products!
Finn's Role and Responsibilities
In his new role, Finn will be joining our outstanding sales team, being responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities and generating repeat business, with a focus on golf courses.
His role will involve working collaboratively with his key accounts to plan, forecast and deliver on their upcoming projects.
With over 5 years of experience in managing and working on golf courses, we are confident that Finn’s passion and dedication will play a key role in our continued success.
Finn's Background
Finn brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to his new role. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Business Economics before spending a total of 5 years working with SIV Group, Everyone Active and at various golf clubs around Sheffield, including Beauchief, Birley and Tinsley.
Notably, Finn also spent a year as a Golf Operations Assistant, gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day running and logistics of a golf course, an experience that brings real relevance to many of our customers’ needs.
Finn’s well-rounded experience and practical approach make him a great fit for our team, and we’re confident he’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and building long-term relationships.
Get To Know Finn
Outside of work, Finn has a real passion for golf, having played since he was a child. He currently has a handicap of 13, but said he hopes to once again achieve a single figure handicap by the end of 2026!
Finn has also been a season ticket holder at Sheffield United for a number of years, which he attends with his brother Will.
Finn has also helped to raise over £150,000 for charity over the past 2 years, in memory of his sister Molly. You can donate to the JustGiving page, Team Molly, raising money for Weston Park Hospital.
