The Resin BullDozer – Gauged Resin Bound Spazzle

If you’re a resin installer, you’ll know that getting the depth right is of great importance. Being able to consistently and efficiently spread large amounts of resin bound materials can be quite tough and there are a number of different tools and techniques that can help to make it a little easier. Techniques such as installing an edging profile at a specific depth or using a resin bound screed sledge are two great ways, although both have drawbacks such as sledges being quite weighty.

Spazzles or lutes are often used to help to move a moderate amount of materials around the surface to “rough-spread” the resin gravel mix but don’t offer any kind of indication of depth. The Resin BullDozer is a revolutionary way to spread your material, while gauging depth at the same time. With adjustable depth gauges built in to the tool, which can be set at a fixed depth to ensure you have a consistent and even depth with every stroke.

The unique design of The Resin BullDozer means that just by spinning the handle through 180-degrees will allow you to push moderate quantities of resin bound around and to where you need it, before spinning the handle again to be able to evenly set your depth.
