Rose EPDM wet pour granules are used to help to create a vibrant, impact absorbing rubber crumb safety surface which is traditionally used in play areas, playgrounds and parks. The 13mm PUR-bound EPDM surface is renowned for longevity and quality.
It is a single-layer coating which can be installed quickly and cost-efficiently. The layer thickness determines the performance and protection – which can be customised to meet the individual user’s needs. It is ideal for use in multipurpose track and field, schools and universities. It is suited to a wide range of sports use.
The Conipur EPDM is available in 24 different colours and in blends of any of the colour combinations. Words and logos can be added to the surface to tailor to the individual’s or businesses’ needs.
The surface is made from extremely durable polymers, designed for all climates and to withstand constant use. The surface is jointless, smooth and dries quickly after rain.
When it has been installed it is very easy to maintain. Here are preventative steps to look after your wet pour surfaces:
- Routinely clean your rubber surface using hot water (not boiling) and soap to remove stains or mud which will also help prevent moss, algae and vegetation build-up,
- Sweep leaves and other debris off of the surface,
- Remove any singular weeds or plants you find by hand or groups of weeds with the use of domestic weed killer but do not use oil based weed killers.
