Reduce fatigue and improve efficiency
Standing at a stunning 8 metres long, the SoRoTo 8.0M belt conveyor is the most gargantuan transport machine in the SoRoTo range. With a lightweight, modular design and manufactured from durable aluminium, this conveyor belt is able to move 322 tons of materials per day removing the need to create resource draining human chains or hire in large plant. It is a sight to behold as it transports bricks, rubble, soil or other construction site materials up to 8 metres across a construction site. With a maximum incline angle of up to 45°, the conveyor will elevate materials up to the second or third storey, allowing for heavy materials to be dropped where they’re needed and reducing the amount of effort necessary to get the job done. Helped by the two transportation wheels, aluminium frame construction and durable PVC belt, keeping the overall weight of the machine down, this portable belt conveyor is able to moved by just one person.
Portable belt conveyor that is easy to maintain
The open structure of the portable conveyor along with a hard surface means that it is simple to clean after a job making it an easy to maintain machine. With a unique design too, parts of your conveyor can be snapped on and off to allow you to create the perfect length conveyor belt for your current project meaning the 8m conveyor can be scaled down to as low as 2m long. You can rest assured that you are protected when using our 110v conveyors too as each one has been specifically engineered to include a range of safety features including a protective motor switch and thermal cut off to prevent any unwanted electric shocks and your machine from overheating.
We also have optional add ons for this 8m long conveyor belt. First, there are alternative PVC belts without carriers, with 30 mm high carriers or with extra tensile strength. Second, there is an aluminium infeed hopper which is perfect for use with a wheelbarrow. Speak to a member of our team regarding these additions.
Optional Extras:
- Extra wide feeder for wheelbarrow
