How to Install VERTIBOUND:

1. Thoroughly mix VERTIBOUND Part B into the VERTIBOUND Part A.
2. Add 10-15 ml of VERTIBOUND catalyst using the syringe provided and mix well (25ml in winter months).
3. Quickly apply a liberal coat of the mixed A/B to the vertical surface for use as a primer. This is typically
0.5kg or just over a quarter of the mix.
4. Add the remaining resin ca 12.5kg of 1-3mm aggregate and mix until all the stones are evenly coated. This
is based on natural aggregate which is relatively dusty and you will probably need to add less if using a
coloured quartz or similar non-dusty aggregate. The maximum recommended aggregate size is 2-3mm.
5. Trowel the stone carpet onto the vertical surface whilst the primer is still wet. Ensure even and flat
coverage at a depth of 5-6mm. If the resin is not going off fast enough (ie in cold conditions) add 5ml more
catalyst.
